Powerful Tools
For Caregivers |

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a class that teaches how to gain “tools” for survival. For more info contact Mary Stevens at mary.stevens@upcalbany.net. This 6-week session begins February 13, on Wednesdays, 9:30 am – 12:00 p.m. thru March 19th. |

Walking to Jerusalem
|
|
We are "Walking to Jerusalem" through Pentecost, May 11th. This program motivates people to become more physically active, and also encourages spiritual growh by focusing on weekly Bible verses and devotions. Cards are also available to record your steps weekly.

One Year Wellness |
|
Meets weekly, on Monday’s, 4:00 – 5:00 pm. We Focus on Habits, Lifestyle, and Accountability to reach a balance in Mind, Body, Spirit. This small group will continue until Sept 2008 (join us anytime). Contact Mary Stevens for more infomation. |

|

Prayer Shawl Ministry |
